Tips on your first session with Jamie:
Your first massage, weather it is with me or your first massage ever, is something you want to enjoy, and not feel rushed or anxious, but relaxed and comfortable.
This is why I encourage you to follow these guidelines before you come in for your 1st session.
* 1.) Please arrive at least 5 - 10 minutes prior to our scheduled massage appointment time.
This time is used to understand your needs/goals for massage, and gives you time to fill out a short client intake form, which the therapist uses to create the approiate massage for you.
* 2.) Please review the policies to the right before arrival for your appointment.
* 3.) If you are getting a Thai Massage, please wear/bring clothing you can move and stretch in.
I Do Not have a shower facility.
PLEASE REFRAIN FROM WEARING COLOGENES OR PERFUMES.

Cancellations:
If you have to cancel your appointment, please give a minimum of 12 hours advanced notice. Otherwise you will be charged full price for the session.
Late Arrivals and No- Shows:
Hopefully you will be in contact with me if you are arriving late. Late arrivals do not have an extension on time. The session will end at the scheduled time, and full payment is due.
If your scheduled appointment time has arrived and you have not:
1st: I will wait for you (if you have previously informed me you will be late)
2nd: I will contact you to check in
3rd: I f contact is not reached, I wait 15 minutes. If no contact is established, then the appointment is considered a NO-Show. No- Show's have a $50 fee charged to the client.
So please keep in contact!
