Massage Styles



Thai Yoga Massage:
Encompasses a unique combination of stretching & massage. No oils or lotions are used &  the massage is performed fully clothed, on a floor mat. (Please wear clothes you can move and stretch in). This is a deep pressure massage.

Scalp/Face Massage:
First, warm olive oil is massaged into the scalp which helps to nourish the skin and hair, followed with a warm hot towel wrap of the hair.(Which absorbes all the nourishing oil into the hair and scalp) A neck and face massage completes the treatment. 

Foot Treatment:
This specialized massage is geared to relieve tired, tense, or sore feet. Using a blend of pepperment & eucalyptus essential oils with aloe vera and olive oil based lotion to freshen your feet and massage away stress and pain. Completed by  warm towels wrapped around your feet, for a complete soothing experience.

Swedish Massage:
Is the most common type of massage. Using gentle, long and kneading strokes to promote relaxation and stress relief. This is a light to medium pressure massage. This is your 'relaxing and pampering' massage,

Deep Tissue:
Focusing on the deeper layers of muscles, this massage is more specific and slower in pace. Good for injuries, high stress, those that like a deeper pressure massage, and pain relief. *Stretches may be included. 

Prenatal Massage:
During pregnancy, your body goes through major changes. Pregnancy massage can help with these changes by reducing stress, decreasing  swelling, and relieving muscle and joint pain. Massage may be particularly helpful during a time when medication and other medical options may be more limited. Using specially designed massage pillows, the massage therapist will help get you into a comfortable position for this type of massage.


Reflexology:
Reflexology uses hand, thumb, and finger techniques to stimulate certain areas of the feet. These areas are believed to correspond to different parts of the body. The massage, then, is expected to promote health and well-being. *fully colthed.
